Our pricing reflects the premium, one-to-one care we provide in a calm, cage-free environment. Regular grooming not only improves skin, coat, and nail health but also helps dogs—especially nervous pups—become more comfortable with the grooming process. Over time, this results in quicker, less stressful appointments.
We use high-quality, sterilised equipment and offer a range of professional shampoos, including medicated, whitening, de-matting, and hypoallergenic options. Each dog receives our full attention, ensuring a safe, stress-free, and personalised grooming experience.

To ensure a high-quality, stress-free experience, we only accept dogs on a regular grooming schedule. This helps maintain coat health and keeps your pet comfortable with the process. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Puppy - Tidy Up
We recommend starting your puppy's grooming journey at 12- weeks of age and/or once they are fully vaccinated. The very first grooming appointment is an introduction to the puppy and the owner to the world of grooming. Our puppy groom service is for dogs who are under 21 weeks of age.

Tidy- up / Bath / Blowdry services are not available to new clients and are exclusively offered to regular clients with long-haired dogs, scheduled between their routine 6-week grooming appointments (every 3 weeks). This service aids in knots and mats while maintaining coat length. It is an excellent option for pets requiring a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, and face or bum trimming prior to their next full grooming appointment. The groomer will assess whether a tidy-up is warranted. Due to limited availability, we do not widely advertise this service and recommend reaching out to a local dog washer if that is your sole requirement.
