Plaque and tartar build up?

Does your dog have bad breath?

Inflamed and irritated gums?

Let us solve this problem and clean your dog's teeth for you...

We are proud to offer ultrasonic teeth cleaning for dogs and puppies! It is safe, motionless and gentle without the need of anaesthesia. Your dogs dental hygiene is very important. It is estimated that by the time they are 2 years old, 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease. Until recently, the only option for teeth cleaning was to have them cleaned by the vet under anesthetic, which carries risks..We use an ultrasonic toothbrush and a specially formulated ultrasound toothpaste to reach 12mm deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria whilst cleaning the teeth and gums to prevent the build up of plaque and tartar. This specialist toothpaste reacts with the bristles to create ‘micro bubbles’ and these effectively eliminate plaque, food and bacteria particles from the dog’s mouth. This is all done with absolutely no noise, no movement and no brushing resulting in healthy oral hygiene and happy dogs!

On your dogs first visit...

  • A dental health check with photographs taken of your dogs teeth and gums.

  • We will begin the desensitisation process with the ultrasound pet toothbrush. (No noise, vibrations or movement,  The toothpaste gel in conjunction with the ultrasonic toothbrush, creates billions of microscopic nano bubbles. These bubbles are thinner than a human hair and penetrate the enamel's crevices to clear away microscopic particles.

  • We will learn how tolerable your pet is to having their teeth cleaned.

  • We will learn how many sessions on average we may need to remove build up and to achieve healthy teeth and gums approximate 2-5 appointments.

(If we find that ultrasonic teeth cleaning is not suitable for your pet due to their behaviour or the condition of their teeth, we will always advise veterinary assessment.)

After the first consultation multiple teeth cleaning sessions outside a groom.

  • Sessions will last 30 minutes.

  • Our aim is to clean all the teeth with the ultrasound toothbrush, where it removes plaque gently and effectively, without mechanical scrubbing. The micro nano-bubbles work to lift tartar from the teeth. Supplemented by a dental spray, the formation of new tartar is slowed down..   The ultrasound can reaches 12mm under the gums, improves blood circulation in gums, reducing inflammation creating a much healthier mouth.

  • Your dog's breath will become much more pleasant.

  • For dogs who tolerate longer visits, a double 30-minute session can be scheduled outside of the groom.

We encourage our clients to maintain their dogs' dental health by brushing their teeth between visits by using the complimentary toothbrush provided. Regular cleaning, initially two to three times a week, ensures healthy teeth and protects the gums. With positive reinforcement, dental care quickly becomes an accepted routine. After just a few days without dental care, the biofilm turns into plaque, which quickly hardens into tartar. This leads to painful inflammation, bad breath and an increased risk of diseases such as heart or kidney problems. Poor dental hygiene directly affects your dog's health and quality of life.

The Ultrasonic cleaning prevents buildup, improves gum health, reduces bad breath and supports overall oral hygiene
