Service Description
A deposit of $30 is to be paid on your first online booking. And will be deducted from the total purchase price of the Groom on Pick up. Our prices reflect the luxury one-to-one service we provide (two dogs from the same owner) We give 100% care and attention with every dog we see (no Cages) in our stress-free environment. Our equipment is of high quality, Sterilised and well-maintained. We offer premium quality professional shampoos and conditioners, also medicated, Oatmeal, whitening, or hypoallergenic shampoos. All prices are subject to coat condition, coat length, size of dog, dog's temperament, grooming style and time taken. Our prices are based on clients who book on a regular 4-6 weekly schedule, 8 weeks for the comfort style groom (short shave down).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Advance notice allows another client or student the opportunity to book that time. * Standard Grooming: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $60 fee. * Training Courses: Because a half or full day is dedicated exclusively to your training session, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your $100 deposit. We understand life happens! We will always do our best to reschedule your session to another date where possible, but if a new time cannot be arranged, the deposit will be non-refundable.
