Large Curly Coated Breeds Policy Breeds such as Labradoodles, Groodles, and Standard Poodles are accepted only with a commitment to a regular full grooming schedule. The modern curly Oodles coat is high-maintenance and requires more time and care than other breeds. We recommend a hand scissor groom every 4 weeks, along with consistent home grooming to keep the coat free from knots and matting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Advance notice allows another client or student the opportunity to book that time. * Standard Grooming: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $60 fee. * Training Courses: Because a half or full day is dedicated exclusively to your training session, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your $100 deposit. We understand life happens! We will always do our best to reschedule your session to another date where possible, but if a new time cannot be arranged, the deposit will be non-refundable.
